Now is the time to take action to minimize rodent and rabbit injury during the winter.  A final mowing of grass growing around preferred plants (such as lilacs, lilies and euonymus), and a new application of bark mulch will help.  Place plastic tree guards on young fruits and crabs.  Questions?
